We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager candidate to play a central role in our Contract Management Team, tasked with optimizing contract operations and enhancing work efficiency.
In this position, you will start by overseeing contract management, with the expectation that you will eventually lead the entire Quality Control Office, including legal affairs and credit management. We are looking for an ambitious professional who can lead business process transformation using IT and technology, driving our business growth from the back office.

Position Details
You will be responsible for team management and the promotion/improvement of operations in the following areas
- ・Contract Operations Oversight: Managing and optimizing processes for new partner contracts, transfers, terminations, etc.
- ・Legal & Credit Management Support: Supervising legal responses (bankruptcy, civil rehabilitation, seizures, etc.) and domestic/international credit management.
- ・Process Improvement: Planning and executing workflow automation and efficiency projects.
- ・Team Management: Talent development, progress management, and resolving organizational challenges.
- ・Stakeholder Management: Handling inquiries from authorities (e.g., police) and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

- ・Total Travel Business Division (approx. 800 employees)
- ・Quality Management Office (25 employees).
- ・Age Range: 20s - 50s (A flat, energetic, and highly communicative organization).
- ・Diversity: 20% New Graduates / 80% Mid-career hires.
- ・Experience in transportation (operations/passenger service management)
- ・Travel agency sales
- ・Consulting (process improvement/project management).
- ・Appointed as Assistant Manager immediately upon joining to lead a team
- ・Promoted to Manager within 3 years of joining
Mandatory Qualifications
- ・5+ years of professional experience.
- ・Experience leading teams as a manager or project leader.
- ・Proven experience in operational quality management and risk management.
- ・Experience in business improvement/efficiency using AI tools.
- ・Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- ・Strong communication and negotiation skills to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external organizations.
Desired Qualifications
- ・Practical experience in legal affairs, credit management, or contract-related work.
- ・Experience in managing online business operations within the travel (OTA) or E-commerce industry.
- ・Business-level English proficiency.
