Job Summary:**

Operate and maintain specialized machinery to attach capper flanges to mattress components, ensuring quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Operate and monitor capper flanger machines, including setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Load and unload mattress components onto the production line.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Document production data, including output and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with other production team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.

Job Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with machine operation.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for minor adjustments and maintenance.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
