Senior Lawyer – Willing to START

– Preferably with minimum 6-10 years of work experience as a LAWYER in a LAW FIRM / LEGAL DEPARTMENT and/or 5-10 years of Managerial Experience
– Age: Not above 45 years old
– Willing to START ASAP in MAKATI CITY
– Preferably CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED or ON THE PROCESS OF HANDING OVER DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
– Willing to stay at the company for a LONG PERIOD OF TIME
SALARY RANGE: ₱80,000 – ₱150,000
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | Flextime

– Responsibilities: 50% COMPLIANCE, 50% LEGAL AND RISK REVIEWS
– Exposure to the Board of Directors is to be expected
– Reports to the Chief of Financial Officer

– Must have sound knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations
– Must have the ability to make prudent legal decisions
– Must be a team player, highly analytical, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Should be fluent in risk management, with proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality
– Must have an understanding of Corporate Structures and their impact on performance both legally and financially, is expected
